How FlockCentral works for your league or tournament
Every player on one form
- A parent adds each player with their birthdate and your questions, then pays once.
- A ticket for each age group or level, with its own price and an optional limit.
- Call your attendees players, and the form says Add another player.

Nothing taken per player
- Cards go straight to your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rates.
- Record cash at the field against each registration.
- Refund in part when a player drops out.
Free up to 250 players, Paid for big tournaments
Tryouts and camps of up to 250 people cost nothing. Paid, $19 a month, lifts the limit for big tournaments. No fee per player on either plan.
Questions sports organizers ask
Is there a fee per player?
Not from FlockCentral, on either plan. Card payments carry Stripe’s own processing fee, and that is all.
How do jersey sizes work?
Add the jersey as an add-on and list its sizes. Each size can carry its own stock and stops selling when it runs out.
When does a tournament need the Paid plan?
When more than 250 players and other attendees register for one event. Up to that, every feature but lodging is free.
Can a parent register two players at once?
Yes. Both go on one registration, each with their own ticket, and the parent pays once.
