Pricing FAQ
Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
No. Never, on either plan. You pay Stripe’s standard card fee, and that goes to Stripe.
What is the 250 limit?
On Free, each event holds up to 250 people, so every event needs a capacity of 250 or less. Run as many events as you like.
What happens when a free event is full?
Registration closes at its capacity, like any full event. Upgrade to raise the capacity above 250.
Do I need Stripe?
Only for events that cost something. Free events work without it. Once anything has a price, connect your organization’s Stripe account and finish Stripe’s sign-up from your settings first, even if most people will pay by cash or check.
What if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted, and events already running keep running. You can’t add lodging, open or raise an event above 250 people (or with no limit), or add a sixth user until you subscribe again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Moving to yearly is charged at once, less the unused part of your current month. Moving to monthly starts when your paid year ends.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime.
