How FlockCentral runs your camp
Campers pick their bunk while they register
Paid plan- Set up your cabins and beds once, then choose which ones each camp uses.
- Set a cabin for boys or for girls.
- Hold beds back for counselors; only your team can assign them.

Week 1, Week 2 and beyond
- A capacity for each week and for the camp as a whole.
- Move a camper to another week in one step, and email the family about it.
- Call them weeks, sessions or terms: the form uses your word.
Every scholarship request, waiting for your decision
- Families request a scholarship as they register; you approve an amount.
- Card, cash, check, or a payment link a grandparent can use.
- No FlockCentral fee on your registrations, ever.

Overnight camps use Paid, $19 a month
Paid adds cabins and beds, and camps of any size. Day camps of up to 250 people are free. Neither plan takes a fee from your registrations.
Questions camps ask
Can families choose their own cabin?
Yes, if you let them. Campers pick a bed or a whole room while registering, or you set the event so your staff assigns every bed instead.
Can we keep some beds for staff?
Yes. Mark a building, a room or a single bed as admin only. Families never see it, and your team can still assign it from the bed board.
Can we copy last summer’s camp?
Yes. Duplicate the event and its sessions, tickets, questions, add-ons and lodging setup come across. The copy starts as a draft.
Does a day camp need the Paid plan?
Not if it stays at 250 people or fewer per event. Cabins and beds, or a bigger camp, need Paid.
