Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: every feature except lodging, events of up to 250 people each, and up to 5 users. Paid is $19 a month when you need more.
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe’s standard US rate is 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge (cards issued outside the US add 1.5%). That fee is set by Stripe and goes to Stripe, through your organization’s own Stripe account. FlockCentral takes nothing from your registrations, on either plan. Rates as of October 2026. Can people pay by cash or check?
Yes. Someone on your team records the cash or check on the registration, and its balance updates.
Can several people register at once?
Yes. One person can add several attendees to a single registration and pay for them together.
Who owns our data? Do you sell it?
Your organization’s data is yours. We do not sell it or use it to advertise, and each organization’s data is kept separate from every other’s. If you leave, we will help you export it first.
How fast can we get started?
Creating your organization takes a few minutes, free and with no card. Connecting Stripe for card payments can take longer, because Stripe asks for your details.
