FlockCentral is made by Coding Brothers, a small software company run by three brothers in Northern California.
Where it started
For years we’ve helped run events in our community: a men’s camp, a women’s retreat, a week of Vacation Bible School. We tried several platforms along the way, and every season we hit the same walls. They could take a registration, but not the way we needed:
- Questions were limited, so we spent hours squeezing everything we had to ask into what the form allowed.
- Check-in and printing name badges slowed us down on the busiest morning of the event.
- An event that ran more than one week never quite fit.
- And none of them handled lodging at all.
So we built what we needed
First, our own check-in system with label printing. Then a registration site with add-ons, discount codes, custom questions, and scholarship requests our team could review and approve.
Then came beds. Every January we run a men’s camp, and for years rooms and beds were assigned on the spot, at arrival: a line of tired people and a lot of time and energy spent sorting it out. So for our January 2026 camp we built a way for attendees to book their own room and bed while registering, seeing who was already in each room and choosing where they wanted to be. Arrival turned into a quick hello instead of a long line.
Every piece solved a real problem at a real event, and every piece was used by real people before it was ever a product. FlockCentral is all of it, put together and rebuilt properly: registration, payments, lodging and check-in, for schools, sports, camps, churches, and any organization that runs events.
What we believe
- Your money is yours. Payments go straight to your own account. We never take a cut of a ticket.
- Small groups shouldn’t have to pay. Events up to 250 people are free, because that’s where most community events live.
- Software should fit your event, not the other way around.
- Your people’s data is yours. It’s kept separate and never sold.
