The Free plan covers most school events
Trips, concerts and clubs of up to 250 people, with up to 5 staff users, cost nothing. Paid, $19 a month, adds overnight lodging and events of any size.
Questions schools ask
Can parents give permission online?
Yes, by answering a question you write, such as a required yes-or-no. FlockCentral does not collect signatures.
Can we ask some questions once and others for every student?
Yes. A pickup contact can be asked once per registration, and allergies or medications for each student on it.
Do we need Stripe to collect trip money?
Yes, once a trip has a price: connect your Stripe account and finish Stripe’s sign-up from your settings before you set one. After that, families can pay by card, or you record their cash and checks against each registration and the balances stay right.
Is it free for a school?
For any event of up to 250 people, yes, with up to 5 users from your staff. Bigger events and overnight lodging are on the Paid plan.
